My New Blog

It seems good to hear positive news on the housing industry these days.  We are all pretty tired of the negativity which breeds more negativity.  Sellers are listing their homes and buyers are buying...some price ranges more active than others.  If you are considering making a change, I recommend talking with an experienced Realtor that knows the market you are in to decide if now is the right time for you.  Interest rates remain low and according to the experts, they most likely will remain low overall for a while with a few ups and downs.  Mortgage lenders are still making loans however they have fine tuned the process and are looking deeper into the details of one's credit history in order to qualify them as well as documentation on various issues that were not requested a few months ago are now mandatory in order to proceed to closing.
