Activity seems to have picked up in our real estate market since the first of the year. It has been tough for many businesses to get through this down cycle. Last night, as my husband and I went out to dinner, we were driving around a little before making a definite decision on where to eat. We noticed that most all the restaurants' parking lots were completely full and most had a wait to be seated. This is a very good sign. Of course it can be contributed to many things...maybe even just the fact that it may have been pay day for many...but we prefer to think positive! Let's face it...thinking positive is possibly one of the most important things we can all do these days. If we have the confidence that we are going to come out of all this soon...then consumers will come out and make those purchases that it takes to keep our economy strong. So...think...buy a house today? :)
