Yeah!!!!  We are finally seeing a little warmer weather and a few days of wonderful SUNSHINE!  I almost forgot what that was.  It feels so good to just to let the sun shine down upon your face.  Along with the "feel good" it allows buyers to come out into the market to view homes.  They have Spring Fever and want to really clean house.  We have lots of homes on the market here in Goldsboro, NC / Wayne County and are listing more every day.  You can view info of Goldsboro on your computer and enjoy the benefits of living here.  Being home to SJAFB, we have lots of military moving in and out, which increases our activity as well.  So with Daylight Savings Time starting this weekend and lots of daylight being available for showing homes, Hope all of you have a warm and wonderful day!
